Client Solutions - Managing Director

Purpose: To drive and be accountable for the business development activities of deverellsmith

Variable Reward: Annual discretionary performance bonus & equity opportunity

Reporting to: CEO


• Work with the CEO and other members of the Executive Management team to align sales strategies & solutions with the company’s overall business plan
• Prepare pitch documents, attend client pitches and win new business
• Design bespoke solutions for our clients
• Track existing pipeline of sales opportunities (by value and type) and report status on regular basis to CEO, Finance Director and other members of the Executive Management Team
• Keep up to date with competitive RPO landscape and best practice within the industry
• Co-ordinate Business Development team to ensure potential clients and opportunities are being suitably addressed in a timely manner
• Manage all members of the Business Development team and ensure their career development, operational and personnel needs are met
• Liaise with client relationship managers within Delivery team to ensure client satisfaction is as high as possible
• Recruitment of Business Development team members
