We are seeking an exceptional senior recruitment consultant to join our Facilities Management team to help build and shape this growing area of Deverell Smith’s property recruitment business. As senior recruiter for the FM team you will have complete autonomy to help in strategically building the business through identifying new areas for growth, building and developing client relationships and supporting the team to strengthen their skills and presence in this booming employment market.

The role of the Senior Recruitment Consultant for Facilities Management include:
- Recruiter for senior level candidates into FM roles across the UK
- Reporting to the Head of FM, you will assist in helping to manage the team
- Business development, identifying and establishing relationships in new areas of the market whilst maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Attending meetings, networking events and exhibitions to help promote the teams services and generate new leads for the business
This opportunity will suit a highly ambitious and motivated professional looking to take the next step in their career. We are ideally looking for someone with an outstanding track record in sales and at least two years’ experience within recruitment. You do not have to come from an FM background but it would be desirable to have working knowledge of how the industry works.
