You will be tasked with expanding Deverell Smith’s property recruitment service offering into the real estate law sector, drawing upon your contacts, property industry knowledge and understanding of the legal profession you will generate new business, hire and lead a team of consultants and work closely with the firms existing divisional heads to explore new revenues streams and expand the brand and business.
This is a six figure opportunity for a highly competent individual with a background in property law. The role will require communication, business development, sales and management skills. You will be expected to attend and bring in new business from industry events and by utilising your exciting network. With the support of the CEO you will be given the means to actively recruit an new team to provide a premium property law recruitment service.

The role of the head of property law recruitment at Deverell Smith involves:
