Here at Deverell Smith, we are seeking the best talent in recruitment to join us as a Principal Recruitment Consultant in New York. This is an exceptional career move for a commercially minded and talented recruiter, with at least two years’ property recruitment experience and an excellent network within the US residential industry.

Your responsibilities as a Principal Consultant will include:

• Developing existing client relationships through regular meetings and networking
• Identifying and establishing new client relationships
• Managing the entire 360 recruitment process
• Future management as the team expands

To be suitable for this role as Principal Recruitment Consultant you must:

• Have at least two years’ experience in recruitment
• Ideally have a background and working knowledge of the US property market
• Ability to develop new business through your existing contacts and networking
• Ability to think strategically to help plan and coordinate future hires for the team and new areas of business
