Deverell Smith are looking for someone to join us to spearhead our drive into the Real Estate Law sector. Ideally you’ll have a background in recruiting into the Legal sector or have worked within the Real Estate Law sector directly.
Your role will entail approaching, and working with, the Real Estate departments of the UK’s top law firms, as well as targeting in house legal opportunities within our prestigious property client base.
Allied to our Executive Search team, your focus will be on high value retained work as well as identifying opportunities for senior interim level placements and cross-selling other departments at Deverell Smith such as our Marketing, Finance and Business Support desks.
We’ve already made a number of senior hires in this space without a specialised team, and against some of our well established competitors, so we’re convinced that the right person can gain traction very quickly.
Soon we’d see you recruiting a researcher to work alongside you and within time we see this team expanding to having specialist legal recruiters across a host of Real Estate Law disciplines and you to be its leader.
