Senior Recruitment Consultant - Property & Construction

Due to planned expansion and a very strong pipeline of work, we are looking for someone to join our Construction and Property Services Team. As a Consultant you will work closely with clients across building and infrastructure sectors, helping them to attract top industry professionals including building surveyors, development & land surveyors, valuers, property managers, FM consultants and rural surveyors.

We work with a large range of clients from small building consultancies to large residential/commercial property developers within the Central London area so you must be able to demonstrate your ability to adjust your style to suit a particular client or sector.

To succeed you’ll need to demonstrate that you’re sales driven, results-focused, and possess an ambitious drive to succeed. Recruitment is hard work and it takes time and perseverance to achieve results so resilience, persistence and determination is key. You need to be passionate about people, outgoing and confident.

Experience required
• You will need at least 1 years recruitment experience
• With a proven track record of success
