Very simply, if an employee is providing a brilliant service to customers and live and breathe deverellsmith’s values, they can expect to get paid significantly more money. No strings attached – our way of highlighting that having the right behaviour is as important as having the biggest billers.
As employees progress through deverellsmith’s people or client account manager routes they can also expect to be rewarded on either the profit their team delivers or the book of the business they look after with key accounts.
The annual incentive comes after the launch of deverellsmith’s new careers website and 2026 vision, which sees deverellsmith occupying 20 offices across 13 countries in the next 5 years.
In addition to deverellsmith’s standard commission structure, where consultants earn between 33% of their total billings, a ‘culture’ bonus will be rewarded if an employee is performing in excess of expectations and demands, aligning with company values and owns a positive mindset. Depending on level of seniority, Managers and Directors earn an additional percent of profit and revenue.
