Well…It’s safe to say that June for deverellsmith has been nothing short of eventful. From promotions to luxury penthouse events to pride celebrations, we’ve been busy.
We wanted to share with you a round-up of June to give an insight into what a month in the life of a deverellsmith employee can look like.
Leaders in New Homes Summer Networking event
It’s not every day you get to host a luxury wine-tasting event in an £8 million London penthouse…
We partnered with CBRE who provided us with a world-class space for our network to connect, and enjoy the beautiful views of London.
It was a wonderful evening, which included a grand tour of the penthouse apartments.
Tour de deverellsmith
Our consultants have racked up some impressive mileage on their bikes in June, all to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support.
Our Head of Build to Rent, Nick Hammond completed the Royal Windsor Olympic Triathlon and was joined by Jake McMonagle, Principal Consultant – Land to take part in CBRE’s Great Property Bike Ride.
It’s the world’s biggest property bike ride, with over 850 other property professionals and they cycled an impressive 74km. What an achievement!
Loud and proud
To celebrate Pride Month this year, we held a ‘Pride Quiz Fundraiser’, to raise money for the great work akt does in supporting LGBTQ+ youths who face homelessness.
The questions tested our knowledge of LGBTQ+ history, music, TV and legendary icons.
It was a great way to bring everyone together and educate ourselves on the history of Pride and bring out our competitive sides.
Taste of London
Our client summer party was hosted at the Taste of London festival, in our very own private tipi.
Our consultants and clients enjoyed delicious food, spectacular weather and brilliant company.

Pizza on the Roof
June is the beginning of summer and the beginning of our rooftop pizza lunches!
We have been taking full advantage of the sun and the beautiful views from our rooftop this month, what’s better than pizza on the roof?
As we bring this monthly recap to a close, we can’t help but feel a sense of fulfilment and gratitude for the events we have been able to host, and the moments we have had together.
We can’t wait to see what the next month, quarter and even year has to hold…
